The vanilla ice cream in our “Be Mine” Valentine Sundae is homemade with love. We use carefully selected egg yolks and slow-churn to this vanilla ice cream extra-smooth and top it off with a strawberry and a homemade Shake Tree cookie.
The strawberries we use are grown by Soichiro Kazahaya, a former Shake Tree employee, at his farm, Kazahaya Ichigo Farm in Hokota City in Ibaraki. This is our first collaboration since he left to start his own business and we’re looking forward to working with him more in the future.
Shake Tree and Kazahaya Ichigo Farm are a great match for each other. We think you’ll really enjoy this special Valentine’s couple!!
