We accept VISA and Mastercard only.
There may be a difference between the actual product and the image presented. Colors may appear differently depending on the characteristics and settings of your computer monitor or cell phone model, and there may also be differences in the texture of the material. Please be forewarned.
Because we share our online inventory with our in-store inventory, items appearing online may be out of stock.
Orders for products are limited to customers residing in Japan.
Prices listed include consumption tax and delivery charges.
Please make sure to check the type, quantity, size, etc. of the item before purchasing, as we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

Delivery will take approximately one to two weeks after your order is placed.
Due to the shipping method, we are unable to accept requests for a specific delivery date or time.
If you place multiple orders, we are unable to combine the shipping costs into one. We suggest placing a single order.
Long-Term Absence and Refusal of Receipt
If your order is unable to be delivered after multiple attempts, or you refuse to accept delivery of an order, the items will be restocked, and the order considered fulfilled.

Please note that we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during shipping. If the product you receive is defective, stained, or damaged, we will refund the cost of the item. If you wish to return a product due to defective merchandise, please contact Shake Tree Diner (☎03-6658-8017).
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in any of the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
- Items that have been used or worn, or items that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
- Items that have been washed or processed by the customer, or items that have absorbed any odors.
- The person returning the item is not the same as the person who placed the order and received the delivery, such as in the case of a gift.
- Returning items purchased online by bringing them to Shake Tree Diner.
